Welcome to PLI Canada

What is an RCIC-IRB?
- Immigration Division (ID) – admissibility hearings & detention reviews
- Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) – sponsorship, removal, and residency appeals
- Refugee Protection Division (RPD) – select representation (case-dependent)

Not all consultants are authorized for IRB work — only RCIC-IRBs and lawyers can legally represent clients before the Board.

Yes, but it's highly discouraged due to the legal nature of these proceedings.
What is the success rate?
Every case is unique. We only take cases we believe have legal merit — and we prepare thoroughly to increase your chances.

Yes, we serve clients across Canada and abroad.
