RCIC-IRB Immigration Representation Services

Professional Appeals, Hearings & Legal Support Before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB)

Welcome to PLI Canada

Your Trusted RCIC-IRB Representative in Surrey, BC

When your immigration case reaches the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), the stakes are high. Whether you’re appealing a refusal, facing a removal order, or involved in a detention review, you need the right legal guidance.
At PLI Canada, we are licensed under the RCIC-IRB class, which means we are fully authorized to represent you before all four divisions of the IRB. We offer expert, ethical, and efficient representation — tailored to your unique case.

What is an RCIC-IRB?

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with IRB specialization (RCIC-IRB) is a certified immigration consultant who has successfully completed advanced legal training and testing, allowing them to appear before the IRB.
RCIC-IRBs can represent clients at:
  • Immigration Division (ID) – admissibility hearings & detention reviews
  • Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) – sponsorship, removal, and residency appeals
  • Refugee Protection Division (RPD) – select representation (case-dependent)
  • Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) – appeal support and procedural representation

Not all consultants are authorized for IRB work — only RCIC-IRBs and lawyers can legally represent clients before the Board.
