BC PNP Occupation Finder
Search occupations against B.C.'s current Care, Build and Health Authority priority lists — and the occupations now excluded entirely — under the BC Provincial Nominee Program.
Care vs. Health Authority
"Care: Health care" occupations get targeted, faster invitations. "Health Authority-eligible" is a broader list for candidates employed directly by a B.C. health authority — the two overlap but aren't identical.
Build: certification required
All 9 Build trades require a valid SkilledTradesBC trade certificate, or a registered SkilledTradesBC apprenticeship matching the job offer.
Priority ≠ guaranteed invitation
Being in a priority occupation may qualify you for targeted invitations, but doesn't guarantee one. You still need a qualifying job offer and to meet all stream requirements.
Ineligible list is new and absolute
The 12 excluded occupations were added in the Program Guide's May 28, 2026 update and apply to any application submitted after June 13, 2026 — no stream or wage level overrides this.
